Log into your GoodDiy account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective liners are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a free home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
